The impact of great literature

One of Sariah's current favorite books is The Three Snow Bears, by Jan Brett. The book is filled with delightful illustrations of Arctic animals wearing their babies in the hoods of their parkas.

I'm so glad to sees that these images are rubbing off! Today Sariah begged to "wear my baby in my hoodie!" when we went to the store. (She did quickly find, however, that this form of babywearing doesn't work so well when you have to sit in a carseat.)
