Spotlight on: Beeswax Candles

Our beeswax candle kit finally came, so we took advantage of Grandma visiting to make the candles. This is such a fun and easy activity for kids! Kits are available at the toy websites I have listed in my sidebar.

You take squares of beeswax, lay the wicking on one end, and the roll until you have a candle.

Then, with mini cookie cutters, you cut Christmas shapes out of the wax scraps and press them into the side of your candle.

That's all there is to it!
