Dallin's dead tooth is gone! We went to the dentist today to have it pulled. He had a cavity in between it and the tooth next to it, so they said it had to go. It's bittersweet--that tooth's been part of his "look" for about three years now. I've been looking forward to the day it would be replaced by a permanent one. (I've always worried that people might think it was decay from neglect, rather than decay caused by being bumped too hard.) But he definitely looks different--it will be weird to see him without it.
