October Nature Table

This month, we had fun with beeswax.  We melted down some of our partially-burned candles and dipped leaves in the thin wax.  Then, we molded wax into little acorns, which we placed in real caps we'd collected in the canyon.  I rolled out some dark orange modeling beeswax and used a leaf-shaped cookie cutter to make a little bowl to hold the acorns.  Now our nature table smells so pretty!
